Payment and Shipping
IWe accept Paypal, all credit & debit cards. Pickup option is available in Liverpool (UK) only and must be pre-arranged. Item has to be paid online and please send us a message to organise pickup. Due to COVID-19 and government rules this option is currently not availbale and will be re-introduced in 2021.
We ship all orders by Royal Mail (within UK) and Royal Mail International Signed/Tracked service to overseas destinations up to 2kg. It is fully insured up to the value of your order and will come either tracking / signature - or both.
All international orders over 2kg will be sent via DHL/DHL express Please feel free to message us if you have any queries before you place your order..
Returns & Refunds
Our main goal is to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with the goods supplied by us. In case something is wrong or should you wish to return the goods then we shall accept returns. Please email us and we will do our best to help you.
The following rules are set out for our returns policy and the different reasons that you may wish to return your order.
• Model arrived damaged - Please contact us within 48 hrs/ 2 days of receipt of the item via email
• Wrong item received - please contact us within 72 hrs / 3 days of receipt of the item via email
• Item not as described - please contact us within 72 hrs / 3 days of receipt of the item via email
