How Do I Place An Order?

  • Select Delivery (Domestic orders have 2 options/all international orders will be sent via tracking only)

  • If you have voucher or coupon , you can use it.

  • Pay with preffered option- Paypal or  credit /debit cards


Payment and Shipping


We accept PayPal, all credit & debit cards. Pickup option is available in Liverpool (UK) only and must be pre-arranged. Item has to be paid online and please send us a message to organise pickup. Due to COVID-19 and  government rules  please message us before collection,


We ship all orders by Royal Mail (within UK) and Royal Mail  International Signed/Tracked service to overseas destinations up to 2kg. It is fully insured up to the value of your order and will come either tracking / signature - or both.

All international orders over 2kg will be sent via DHL/DHL express Please feel free to message us if you have any queries before you place your order..


Starting from 1st of July 2021, EU customers will have to pay taxes on all purchases . Buyers will pay tax arrival into their respective countries as Wings400 is not VAT registered and hence we do not charge or collect VAT. It's buyers duty to pay local taxes and charges when receiving items. 

If you reject paying tax and goods are returned, we wont  refund the shipping charges paid and return shipping charges will be  deducted from the final amount.

Returns & Refunds


Our main goal is to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with the goods supplied by us. In case something is wrong or should you wish to return the goods then we shall accept returns. Please email us and we will do our best to help you.
The following rules are set out for our returns policy and the different reasons that you may wish to return your order.
•    Model arrived damaged - Please contact us within 48 hrs/ 2 days of receipt of the item via email
•    Wrong item received - please contact us within 72 hrs / 3 days of receipt of the item via email
•    Item not as described - please contact us within 72 hrs / 3 days of receipt of the item via email
All returns must be returned to us by the customer via a tracked service within 7 days(UK) /10 days International customers of informing us .
